It was a weekend full of new wedding dresses styles and designs. From June 25 through June 27, best bridal designers presented their latest collections with fresh ideas in wedding and bridal fashion.
Interbride, international fashion fair, opened its doors to bridal fashion enthusiasts and people looking to dress up for their upcoming wedding in Dusseldorf. As always, this bridal event brought fresh ideas and new styles for brides who want to look extraordinary on their special day.
Apart from bridal wear, designers also presented casual styles, evening wear, clothes for special occasions, accessories and shoes. More than 300 fashion collections were presented in Dusseldorf as part of Interbride by famous designers, new brands and promising fashion designers.
Interbride gave home to many fashion designers this year, including Amera Vera, 2impressU, Ladybird, Lilurose, Annais Bridal Atelier Emelia, Marie Francoise, Semiha Baehr, Sposabella, Twilight and Sweet Belly Couture, among many others.
The list of bridal collections included mostly from designers coming from Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark. In fact, those interested in their collections could speak to them personally.
Interbride is a special event for bridal trends, since it offers fresh ideas for designers of bridal wear from all around the world for the coming fashion season.
One of the most special wedding dresses at the event was from Ukrainian bridal designer Tanya Grig, who created a bridal dress for a wealthy Italian woman. The process of making the dress with train of few meters was very thorough and complex, since required manual embroidering with Swarowski stones and beads.
Tanya Grig presented her wedding dresses earlier this year at European Bridal Week, which took place in Essen, Germany. And in May, her bridal dresses were presented at White Gallery in London.
Also, she presented her latest collections at The Harrogate Bridal Show in the United Kingdom, and now her brand is focused on featuring vintage style and the so-called so-ho style to her bridal dresses.
The number of marks presenting their clothing often reaches the 1,000 number, while nearly 1,800 collections are offered during the event, which is usually held for 3 days. The number of buyers reaches 60,000 who visit Berlin specially for the fashion event.
This year, Premium High-Fashion Segment features 25% of new exhibitors. Interestingly, over 70% of all visitors of the event come from outside Germany.
Premium High-Fashion Segment was first held in 2003, and ever since then it has been one of the key fashion events of berlin. Since 2003, it has been one of the must-attend events in Berlin for buyers interested in European wear.
“With more than 60,000 visitors, about 1,500 collections on display, and approximately 23,000 square meters of exhibition space, Premium is the only exhibition in the world that brings together premium brands in the sectors of fashion and lifestyle,” a statement from organizers reads.
In the past few years, Spain and Italy have gotten more involved in the fair event and now they have a total of 22% of the attendees. Only Germany, the host of the event, surpasses that number.
Ukrainian fashion label Ksenia Schnaider, which was established by Ukrainian designer of the same name and Russian graphic designer Anton Schnaider, received Best Womenswear award at the Premium Young Designers Award Spring/Summer 2017 ceremony. The ceremony was held on Monday.
Marchenko and Schnaider founded the brand in 2011 and have presented lots of feminine silhouettes that are often complemented by masculine tailoring. In their latest winter collection, the two designers combined basic denim jeans with oversized shorts and skinny trousers. 
Apart from striped shirt dresses and skirts, the collection also included wrap blouses. This time, Berlin Fashion Week is presenting fashion trends of 2017. The fashion event, which takes place twice a year annually, offers a great opportunity for new designers to showcase their wear.
While the event focuses on sustainable and wearable fashion, new designers can enter the fashion market through the German capital.
More than 70 fashion shows are expected to showcase their collections until Friday, when Berlin Fashion Week ends. Such big names as Guido Maria Kretschmer and Michael Michalsky are scheduled to present their collections.
Apart from these two, Ewa Herzog, Dorothee Schumacher and Anja Gockel, René Storck and Michael Sontag are also expected to get their collections on the runway.
According to estimations from organizers of the fashion event, it is expected that 200,000 visitors will be in Berlin specially for Berlin Fashion Week.
This year, Berlin Fashion Week is taking place not at its usual location. Instead of Brandenburg Gate the fashion event is being held in two locations: in Mitte and Wedding. It’s all because of Euro Cup, which is being held in France, and the fact that Germany’s fan zone is located at Berlin Fashion Week’s usual location.
Zalando, German online retailer, has already managed to make headlines thanks to its bash for visitors of the fashion event in Berlin. In such a way, Zalando was promoting his Bread & Butter fashion fair. He threw the bash with the help of bloggers Dandy Diary a day before Berlin Fashion Week kicked off on Monday.
Bread & Butter was originally established as a cult streetwear fair. Due to its bankruptcy, the fair was closed last year, but ever since Zalando overook the management of the event, it looks like the fair is being brought back in September 2016. 
And one of the central figures of the fashion trade event is appearance of Vera Malta with her new collection. In fact, it will be her first presentation at Show & Order. Malta has long been known for her ability to DELIVER.
While other fashion designers spending too much time trying to show off, Malta does her job. For past few years, Malta presented her clothing Kraftwerk Mitte in Kopenickerstrasse.
Show & Order will give home to about 250 designers, the majority of which are unknown and new designers. But according to organizers of the trade event, it is newcomers that drive the fashion industry forward.
In fact, you can buy small accessories straight at the event and enjoy music of various genres. The Show & Order trade show also offers you to get tattooed. Organizers of the event admitted that they had long been planning to create an event like this.
The goal of the Show & Order is to build a direct link between customers and fashion designers. It is expected that about 50,000 visitors are going to visit the Panorama Berlin, where the event will be held.
Even though collections will include mostly casual wear, it is expected that some designers will present lux wear as well. Leading fashion brands such as Bugatti, Bruno Banani and Lecomte are also set to present their collections at the event.
