Remember that a customer who buys a second time costs you no new acquisition. The best moment to ask for the second purchase is after they love the first piece.
You do not need a complicated points scheme. Early access for regular customers and a small gift on the fifth order may be enough. What matters is that the customer feels known.
If you say “last pieces”, make it true. Real scarcity from a limited quantity convinces, and fake scarcity costs you trust.
Write a plan for a small drop: what you will release, how many pieces, when, and how your list hears first. Then design the post purchase message.
